These Terms govern your use of the Taaj Labs website (taajlabs.com) and the services provided by Taaj Singh (OPC) Private Limited (“Taaj Labs”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or contacting us, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
Taaj Labs is the brand name of Taaj Singh (OPC) Private Limited, a company registered in India (Ludhiana, Punjab). We build voice AI, agentic systems, and production software, and we develop our own products including kuhukoo.
2. Use of the site
The site and its live AI demo are provided for informational and demonstration purposes. You agree to use them lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
3. The AI demo
Our voice and text demo processes audio and text in real time to demonstrate our capabilities. Audio is processed live and is not stored. Demo usage is subject to daily limits. The demo is illustrative and does not constitute a binding service commitment.
4. Intellectual property
All content, branding, code, and materials on this site are owned by Taaj Singh (OPC) Private Limited unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute them without permission.
5. Products
Taaj Labs develops software products, including kuhukoo (a social media scheduling and publishing tool, available at kuhukoo.com). Those products may have their own separate terms.
6. Third-party services
Our demo and services use third-party providers (including AI model providers). Their availability and behavior are outside our direct control.
7. Disclaimers
The site and demo are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taaj Singh (OPC) Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or demo.
