What we collect

When you visit this site, our servers keep standard web logs (such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested) for security and operational purposes.

When you use the live voice demo, your audio is streamed in real time to Google's Gemini Live model, which listens and responds directly in speech. Typed messages in the demo are processed by Anthropic (the Claude model). Audio is processed live and is not recorded or stored after your session ends.

When you submit the contact form, we store the name, email, optional phone number, and message you provide (along with basic request metadata such as IP and browser) so we can reply and keep a record of the enquiry. The notification email is delivered via Resend.

What we don't collect

• No tracking cookies.
• No advertising pixels.
• No third-party analytics scripts — no Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel.
• No audio retention beyond your live session.
• We do not sell your data to anyone.

Bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To prevent automated abuse of our live demo, we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which performs an invisible verification of your browser. Cloudflare may collect non-personal browser signals (such as user-agent strings, timing patterns, and IP address) to distinguish humans from bots. This processing is governed by Cloudflare's privacy practices — see the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. We do not retain or share this verification data ourselves.

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate this site and the demo:

• Google (USA) — the Gemini Live voice model.
• Anthropic (USA) — the Claude language model (demo text).
• Resend (USA) — transactional email delivery for contact enquiries.
• Cloudflare (USA) — bot protection.
• Hetzner (Germany) — hosting.
• Hostinger (Lithuania) — DNS and email.

Your rights

You may request a copy of, or the deletion of, any personal data we hold about you. Write to contact@taajlabs.com and we will respond within 7 working days.

The data controller is Taaj Singh OPC Private Limited, with its registered office at 339, Nitesh Vihar, Dhandra Road, Ludhiana, Punjab 141013, India. This policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India.
